1. Formation of the Contract

1.1 These terms apply to all products sold by Vitara Commerce Ltd (trading as Blueridge Covers), registered in England and Wales under company number 08613144.

1.2 A contract between you and Blueridge Covers will only exist once we have received your order and sent confirmation in writing or via email to the address you provided.

1.3 This contract is subject to your cancellation rights (see Section 5).

1.4 We reserve the right to update these terms without notice for future sales.

2. Product Description & Pricing

2.1 Product descriptions and prices are listed in our current catalogue or on our website at the time of your order.

2.2 All items are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

2.3 We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate. If an error occurs, we will contact you with the correct price and give you the option to proceed or cancel your order with a full refund.

2.4 Delivery charges will be added as outlined in the delivery section of our website or catalogue.

2.5 All prices and delivery charges include VAT.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment methods accepted are listed on our website or in our catalogue at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery

4.1 Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Delivery is limited to areas listed on our website or in our catalogue. We do not deliver outside the UK.

4.2 If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will issue a full refund for any payments made.

4.3 If no one is available to receive the delivery, you will be informed of alternative arrangements.

4.4 We aim to deliver all orders within 30 days of acceptance. However, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control. You will be kept informed in such cases.

4.5 Ownership and responsibility for the goods transfer to you upon delivery.

5. Cancellations & Returns

5.1 You may cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your goods. A working day excludes weekends and public holidays.

5.2 To cancel, you must notify us in writing via email, post, or in person, stating your order details and (if applicable) delivery details.

5.3 If the goods have already been delivered, you must return them at your own expense in unused condition and in original packaging.

5.4 Once we receive the returned goods, we will issue a refund within 30 days (excluding shipping/handling charges).

5.5 If the goods are not returned, we may charge you for the direct cost of recovery.

5.6 Cancellation rights do not apply to unsealed audio/video items, opened software, or items that are perishable, personalised, or made to order.

5.7 Returned goods must be in new condition. Items used or removed from their original packaging may incur a 20% restocking fee.

6. Warranty

6.1 All goods are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

6.2 The warranty excludes faults caused by wear and tear, misuse, negligence, unauthorised repairs, or failure to follow instructions.

6.3 If a fault develops within the warranty period, contact us in writing at the address or email provided below.

6.4 Replacement items supplied under warranty are covered from the original purchase date, not from the date of replacement.

7. Data Protection

7.1 We take reasonable steps to keep your order and payment details secure. However, we cannot be held liable for unauthorised access unless caused by our negligence.

7.2 Your personal data is used solely to fulfil your order unless you opt in to additional marketing.

8. Governing Law

These terms and the supply of goods are governed by English law. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England.
